Jacobite Tea Party
Step back in time for an unforgettable experience at Fingask Castle
A truly unique experience awaits you this Sunday at Fingask Castle! Immerse yourself in history at the "Jacobite Tea Party," an exclusive event from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM on Sunday 17th August. Book your tickets here!
Step back in time to the Jacobite stronghold of Sir Stuart Threipland, Bonnie Prince Charlie's personal physician. You'll be welcomed by his very own descendants, who will share fascinating family stories and heirlooms.
But the history doesn't stop there. Attendees will be treated to a delicious tea featuring Lemon Posset, made from Sir Stuart's mother's 17th-century recipe. You'll also have the chance to explore a collection of historic items, including the 19th-century Threipland Coach and handcrafted Scottish Targes (shields).

Don't miss the opportunity to wander through the whimsical Alice in Wonderland surreal garden and the impressive new FINGASK LONG BARROW structure.
Tickets for this one-of-a-kind event are £20, with children under 14 attending for free when accompanied by an adult. Dogs on leads are also welcome, and there's free venue parking available. The doors open at 2:45 PM.
