Rowan is a two storey cottage; its front door leads into the courtyard, its back door straight onto the lawn. The ground floor is open plan with sitting/dining room/kitchen and has a log burner. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with sink and occasional bed if needed, and a bathroom with shower, bath. toilet and sink.
