Rowan is a two storey cottage; its front door leads into the courtyard, its back door straight onto the lawn. On the ground floor there is a sitting/dining room with a log burner and a kitchen. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with sink and an occasional bed and a separate bathroom with shower, bath & toilet.
